Family Business

Founded in 1990, the family-run business, Novi Trading, has an office in Schiedam and in the Serbian city of Novi Sad. Our company operates in the commodity markets of vegetable oils and fats. The second generation in the family is now operating within the business and has helped grow Novi to what it is today. We have 150 employees, most of which are stationed in Serbia. Our product range has been now contains numerous food products such as raw materials for the food industry as well as for animal feed in the countries of the former Republic of Yugoslavia and throughout the EU.

Our customer base includes global international companies in oils, dairy, snacks and baby food. In many cases, we are the principal or a ‘preferred’ supplier of these companies. Novi Trading is a member of the Netherlands Oils, Fats and Oilseeds Trade Association.
